LODHA WORLD SCHOOL(ICSE BOARD) OPERATING WITH PROVISIONAL FIRE NOC.
GOT PROVISIONAL-TEMPORARY NOC,NOT SHARING FINAL NOC .
KDMC FIRE DEPARTMENT NOT SEALING SCHOOL FOR FIRE ACT VIOLATION

Thane:Kalyan Dombivli Municipal corporation FIRE DEPARTMENT not taking action against Lodha World ICSE School Palava , Dombivli for operation without fire NOC. When Our reporter demanded school about fire NOC then school shown us provisional NOC of 2014 . As per School PRO Ms Manju Agarwal the final NOC can not be shared without management permission. As per law NOC should be displayed at the entrance of premises but they hided as confidential documents.
As per section 8 of Maharashtra Fire prevention and Life Safety act 2007 fire officer have power to seal the building which are operating without final fire NOC. But KDMC Assistant Fire Officer Mr Dilip Gund denying action as per directions of law. Since last 2 years they are allowing school operation without fire NOC. There website also having no information about final NOC issuance details at KDMC region.
Mr Dilip Gund : "We are having lots of call so we are unable to share Lodha Final NOC details but we have issued them final NOC. As we get time we will reply of complaint about Lodha World School "
A million dollor question is that if the final NOC is issued then Why School Management hiding final NOC? Complainant suspect that there may be irregularities in issuance of final NOC to school. To operate school without final NOC is risk to life of hundreds of students.
