TOP OFFICERS COMPLAINT HAS NO VALUE IN IRDAI
Hyderabad: In fight against Corruption IRDAI Top officer Mr DD Singh registered
complaint about corruption and irregularities in Insurance Regulatory &
Development Authority Of India in Oct 2016 but till date IRDAI suppressed the
investigation. No progress has been observed after the registration of
complaint. The breach of trust by public servant can be observed in every
sector but it is punishable offence with life term under IPC 409. Further information
is awaited for public awareness.
IRDAI is a ten-member body consisting of:
1. A Chairman - T.S. Vijayan.
2. Five whole-time members - R.K. Nair, M. Ram Prasad, S. Roy Chowdhary, D.D. Singh
3. Four part-time members - Anup Wadhawan, S.B. Mathur, Prof. V.K.Gupta, CA. Subodh Kr. Agarwal
