Illegalities:SIES School Diva West Operating illegally.

NO GROUND AND DRINKING WATER IN SCHOOL. TMC EDUCATION DENYING ACTION . 
TMC SERVED NOTICE TO CLOSE SCHOOL IN 2013
THANE: Shubhamkaroti Charitable Trust South Indian English School at Diva west is illegally operated without proper permission from District Education officer. It has more than 900 students on record but not following RTE ACT2009 norms. The school has no drinking water at premises. Students bring own water bottle . School administration not ready to show permission paper and dare activist to take legal action.
Illegal school has fine of Rs10000 per day as per section 18(5) of RTE act 2009.
School Principal not ready to share DEO permission paper with us and his legal adviser Mr Shiv Iyer misbehaved our reporter for asking legal paper. 

SOUTH INDIAN ENGLISH SCHOOL (SIES) DIVA is applied by Shubhamkaroti Charitable Trust who has a business location at 401, Sahajanand Chs, Near Dnc Road, Dombivli (east), Dist Thane 
The Above trust is not visible in Charity Commissioner website. It seems that trust is also fruad like school.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
