 Thane: Railway Government Railway Police converted Murder at Thakurli East into railway accident. Neetu Mahesh Kulkarni(32age) was LLB graduate from Rajasthan Vyas family. She get married to Mahesh Kulkarni a Journalist / press Reporter of Mumbai. His husband was shifted near Dhule for job in another media house. Nitu Mahesh Kulkarni was staying with her mother (72age) and child at Thakurli Mumbai. She was having dispute with local builder for illegal construction. She later collected many documents from town planning department as per her mother. She was headache for local builders of Thakurli East. 

She joined a Advocate firm at Kalva. On 29 July 2015 at 6pm she called to her mother that she is comming late dute to rennovation work at office. Later her mobile got off. Her friends started searching her and also monitored CCTV footage of Thakurli Station. She was not visible in CCTV from 7-10pm. Next day at midnight her body found near railway track about 15 meter away from track in poth hole. At East side 5-6 line no EMU operate but GRP Dombivli registered it as train falling case. In Dombivli-Kalyan Section at Evening there is not such crowd that can cause falling of train.

The body was not having train hitting wound, it was looking like she has undergone fight . Her cloths was torn as per her mother. In railway accident face is severely damaged and body is identified by marks and documents only, but no such symptoms appeared in her case . GRP not cooperating her 74 age mother and not giving her photographs & last mobile location . It seems that she was murdered else ware and body disposed near railway track. At Dombivli -Kalyan Section Many bodies found after evening till morning are converted into railway accident.This section is of builder Mafia and of local Agari Community. It is easy to Kill and throw in railway track. The corrupt GRP officers register it has railway accident. Now few activists getting record of last 5 years to study this section.

The woman was having tough relation with husband and the relation was in divorce stage.
