Why SEBI Hiding BSE IPO Observation Details In RTI?

जनता को चूना लगाने की तैयारी में SEBI और BSE इंडिया !
सेबी पर जनता का विश्वास घटा। 

Mumbai :SEBI is not Sharing observation given on Bombay Stock Exchange public offer In Dec 2016. As per RTI reply the said observation was ammended in RHP and Corrected version is filed at ROC. They are unwilling to provide basic BSE IPO observation copy to investors. The BSE officials also denied to provide such copy due to compliance issue. Applicant has doubt that BSE has not cleared all the observation objection as per law and launched RHP without clearing observation.

Shri Biranchi Narayan Sahoo , General Manager SEBI cleared BSE IPO is also not replying about observations details and unwilling to provide copy. Applicant suspect that their must be some conspiracy against investors in IPO clearance. Till now Chairman has also not replied to the applicant as per usual habit of no reply.

Dear Mr. Srivastava,

In terms of the ICDR Regulations, and as directed by SEBI, the observations received from SEBI dated October 10, 2016 and December 30, 2016 (collectively “Observations”) were made available for inspection at the Registered Office of the Exchange between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all Working Days from the date of the Red Herring Prospectus, i.e. January 11, 2017, until the Offer Closing Date, i.e. January 25, 2017.

Appropriate disclosures in this regard were made in the Red Herring Prospectus on page 643 and in the relevant advertisements issued by the Exchange in relation to the IPO.

Please note that the Exchange is under no legal obligation to provide the Observations to you in a manner other than as stated herein above.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the red herring prospectus issued by BSE Limited on January 11, 2017.

As per SEBI your company  has received observation on 30 Dec 2016.  We request you to share the copy of SEBI observation with us for our knowledge.
In the interest of investors we have observed in past that few companies are not complying objections in SEBI observation and file RHP. The merchant banker did not insist to clear SEBI requirements in observation. Due to this irregularities we have filed PIL against SEBI , Merchant bankers and leading finance company at Hon’ble Bombay High Court .
