Mumbai:A Media reporter of India RTI News filed PIL at Bombay High court against Central Board of Secondary Education ie CBSE for not taking action on violation. Omkar School Dombivli running ICSE & CIE Cambridge board in CBSE premises. It is violation of CBSE affiliation rules. Omkar School also demanding donation for addmission from 40-60k from students. No action taken by CBSE,ICSE Board,CIE Cambridge international Board, District Education officer Thane. All of them made respondent in PIL. The school also paying less salary, fire noc,etc as per RTE 2009 norms.
Podar International school also made party in this PIL . The petitioner alleges that Podar International School Network running fake CBSE school without getting proper affilation from last many years. Podar Education Network have many CBSE school, so by knowing CBSE rules they operate fake cbse school to cheat students.
CISCE norms dont allow other board in same premises but their organisation opened school in CBSE campus in 2005 . Knowingly they violated goverment laws. CISCE Operate ICSE AND ISC board in India. This board is not approved by govt of India. They are very strict and transparent on paper only. Cambridge board also taking illegal tricks for quick expansion.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises.
