ITC Hotel Parel Mumbai Not paid Royalty of Minor Minerals-RTI


Mumbai:Due to illegal sand mining the coast of Mumbai Thane become unsafe. The illegal sand miners sell sand to various builders across Mumbai and Thane. The ITC Hotel Parel and at Andheri may be made of illegal sand mining. The illegal sand has no requirement to pay royalty and are cheap. When we asked about source of minor mineral to ITC hotel then they did not reply. The RTI reply Revenue section Mumbai collector said that they donot have any record of royalty paid by ITC hotel parel. 
Due to this illegal mining Indian railway tracks are in danger. The tracks between Mumbra and Dombivli can be washed any time due to illegal sand mining. The Central railway issues so many letters to Thane collector but they didnot  replied them. Use of illegal Sand mining can land you jail for 7 years  Under IPC 411 as per supreme court order. Every purchaser should have bills of minor minerals purchase with royalty paid. The applicant is filing PIL at Bombay High Court against ITC for use of thefted minor mineral. The management of ITC will be in trouble if matter rises.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
