पीएम मोदी के खिलाफ केस करने वाले शख्स का दावा, 'मेरी जान को खतरा'
पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ तिरंगे के 'अपमान' का केस करने वाले शख्स की जान को खतरा है। आशीष शर्मा नाम के इस शख्स ने दिल्ली कोर्ट को बताया है कि केस की वजह से उसकी हत्या की जा सकती है।
आशीष शर्मा ने मेट्रोपोलिटन मैजिस्ट्रेट स्निग्धा सरवारिया की कोर्ट में बताया कि 12 अगस्त को बिना किसी अपराध के दिल्ली पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आशीष का आरोप है कि चार दिनों तक लगातार टॉर्चर के बाद उसे रिहा किया गया।
शिकायतकर्ता आशीष ने कहा, 'मेरी हत्या हो सकती है, हमला हो सकता है या मुझे दुनिया से गायब किया जा सकता है। कोर्ट से मेरी प्रार्थना है कि इस केस की वजह से मुझे कितनी प्रताड़ना झेलनी पड़ रही है उसे रिकॉर्ड में रखे।'
कोर्ट ने इस मामले की सुनवाई के लिए 30 नवंबर की तारीख दी है। आशीष ने पिछले साल पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराया था। आशीष की शिकायत थी कि पीएम ने इंटरनैशनल योग डे पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज का अपमान किया। कोर्ट ने आशीष की इस शिकायत पर संज्ञान लिया था।

NEW DELHI: A man, who lodged a complaint against Prime MinisterNarendra Modi for allegedly "insulting" the national flag, today told a Delhi court that he apprehended that he could be killed because of the case.
The complainant, Ashish Sharma, alleged before Metropolitan Magistrate Snigdha Sarvaria that on August 12, he was arrested and tortured by the Delhi Police "without any crime" and released after four days.
"I may be murdered, attacked or vanish from this world. Nevertheless, I am requesting the court to keep in record that how and how much I am being tortured because of this case...," complainant Ashish Sharma said. The court has now fixed the matter for November 30.
