Mumbai CST GRP: रेलवे पुलिस, स्टेशन पर ड्यूटी नहीं करते और तनख्वा रेलवे से लेती है !

जीआरपी इंस्पेक्टर और कई  विधानसभा बंदोबस्त में तैनात है 

Government Railway Police (GRP) is established to maintain law and Order in Railway premises but these officers and staff are doing duty else where . The Police Inspector GC Heraseth at Mumbai CST Main has gone for 15 days duty in Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha location .On record these officers and staff are working in Mumbai CST Station but off the record they are deployed outside Railway zone without informing General Manager. Railway is paying 50% of Salary to GRP for safety of railway passenger, but these GRP staff is doing duty at non railway premises.
At Mumbai CST there are 120 RPF (Railway Protection Force )and 250 GRP  personals are on duty but only RPF staff seems to be present on station. Very Rare the GRP staffs are present. In GRP Main Police station only few staff are present . It means since long time these GRP staffs are working outside railway premises and taking salary from railway. The GRP Commissioner also never or very few interacted with passengers and understand there issues (Like Mohalla Sabha). 
Inspector RPF Brijesh Kumar said that RPF is dedicated to passengers safety and lapse in duty attract severe punishment.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
