LIC Property Lease-Rent Scam- No Information at HO

भ्रष्ठाचार छुपाने में जीवन बीमा निगम भी पीछे नहीं , सरकारी इमारते कौड़ीयो  के दाम पर किरये में !
LIC के दामादों का अवैद्य कब्ज़ा !

Mumbai:Life Insurance Corporation head office denied to provide information about LIC property across India and the value of rent coming on each lease and rent. PIO and Appellate don't think its importance.  It will divert there resource across India. They deny to transfer application under section 6(3)to other state offices. 
They are all knowing the rules and law but they also know that these properties are leased to bank, private offices, LIC Union offices, Political bosses in very nominal rate . So they don't want to share this valuable information about immovable property. The servants of public are misusing property of public and doing corruption. It is surprise that LIC Head office real estate department do not update rented property. It seems that all corrupts are sitting in HO to blackmail the nation.   
LIC executive director R Chaturvedi is posted to fool nation and encourage corruption in LIC HO by misusing power. A honest Appellate authority to be appointed to bring transparency in LIC.CBI should search Black property of top LIC bosses and seize them.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
