Irresponsible RPF Mumbai Conduct No Public Meeting and Help To Passengers - RTI


Railway Protection Force Of Solapur Division Helped only 92 railway passenger from 2010-2015 ie. in 6 years. The Divisional Security Commissioner Solapur also have no public interaction like mohalla committee in railway premises. At Mumbai and Solapur the reply is nil and they do not maintain such format of interaction with public. At Pune division The Divisional Security commissioner of RPF conducted 62 public meeting with records of minutes. It means there is format but many DSC do not follow such practice.Pune RPF have no record of helped passenger. 
At Nagpur division they have not conducted any public meeting nor have record of helped passengers. Bhusaval RPF Division reply is awaited. RPF is only doing survey to calculate "HOW MANY ILLEGAL HAWKERS NOT PAID HAFTA" .There constables are roaming in civil dress to collect HAFTA from hawkers, Hizadas, pickpocket-er etc. The Chief Security Commissioner AK Singh is leader of such incapable force and is enjoying Air condition of Office.They assume that that Railway Ministers have only duty to do public interaction and understand there grievances.In the RPF Mitra Circular it is clearly mention that RPF should request passengers which are helped by them to join as RPF MITRA . If they donot help then whom they will Join as RPF Mitra? So there are no RPF Mitra in Mumbai division. At Normal police station they have 150-200 Police Mitra but RPF Mumbai Division has no such "Friends". It seems that RPF CSC AK Singh , Central Railway is incapable and corrupt to discharge his duties in public interest. 
In compare to central railway public have notice western railway is many times better . There have only few illegal hawkers and irregularities in there zone. But in Central Railway it is tsunami of such irregularities due to huge HAFTA collection.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
