Mumbai: Railway Do not Insist To Follow Own Rules To Motorman

PMO Reply to Us that why Motor Man did not wear dress inspite of rule that all operational staff to wear uniform including motorman. They give silly excuse that Motorman is targeted by unsocial element. It better to change law then to give relaxation without any amendment. Now in future Police will say that wearing uniform will endanger their life. The Responsible should be booked Under Sec 188, 166 and 409 of IPC beacuse they failed to implement law.
In future people deny to buy ticket because they do not have change .

The central railway and western railway Mumbai Motorman has dress code as per RTI reply By Shri Jagdish Chaudhary (Dy CEE/L/op)WR and by Shri KN Singh (Sr DOM/CSTM). All motormen did not wear dress and drive local train with Jeans Paint T Shirt and few also wear Kurta Pajama. It makes jokes of operational staff. Each operational staff have to wear dress as per rules. Any criminal person can snatch tool kit or make duplicate kit and run away local train to full fill his terrorist target. Due to civil dress motorman no body will question him because all motorman are in civil dress. Mumbai faced high jack of local train in past also but it was without any loss. If Motorman is in dress then any civilian can stop motorman of without dress to drive train. Many motorman allow their friends in civil dress in cab for discussion. During driving no discussion is allowed. It divert mind and cause big accident. Prayer: Kindly Stop working of Motormen in Civil dress for national security and do not allow other staff to board without official reason in cab. Cab passes of all motormen to be withdrawn for passengers safety

Shrivastava : Complaint Registration No. PMOPG/E/2016/0105012 dtd. 01.04.2016. 2) This office Note No. EL/TRO/AC/90/36 DTD. 25.04.2016. ------ Reference above, motormen are not wearing uniform as they became early target by public (unsocial elements) when Suburban trains are disrupted for whatever reason. In view of threat to the life of Motormen from unsocial elements, in case of disruption of Suburban services, it is not being forced to Motormen to wear uniform. However, they are informed to be well clad while on duty. Further, only authorized persons are allowed to travel in Motorman’s cab and working Motormen are being counseled not to talk / have conversation with travelling officials in Driving cab. RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
