Many classes are conducting at roof of church and teachers are also not qualified as per rule. Church has given premises on rent to illegal Fatima Convent School Dombivali , Thane branch at ganesh nagar. This church is also known as ganesh nagar church of dombivali. Father of church is invited as chief guest in every annual day. Fatima group has purchased land at dombivali East but the process of registration of school is pending at district Education office Thane since 2 years. By operating illegal school they earn huge money to buy land and using these money they construct building also. Trusts are fooling public that they generate fund by donation but real fact is that they generate fund by illegal school operation. There is penalty of Rs10000 per day for illegal school operation but DEO primary and KDMC Education deny action due to heavy bribe.
Church has no power to change the use of land without necessary approvals.
