CISCE boards ICSE and ISC Planning to get Registered In Indian Government!

After getting exposed  that council of Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has no registration with Ministry Of HRD, Govt. Of India , many schools principals are in dilemma . CISCE says in a reply that they are registered as per Section 2 S of Delhi Education Act 1973. In section 2S there is definition of Public examination and given example that CBSE, CISCE and other boards are conducting public exam.
But CBSE is properly registered and notified with Govt Of India. After CBSE only NIOS is registered with HRD ministry. As per HRD ministry they have only 2 registered boards, but CISCE claim that there are 3 registered board in India, but they failed to provide any govt. document to stake holders.
As per the HRD Ministry officer it is only historical board due to this it is operating , but as per legal term their certificate has no legal validity. Till now nobody question their validity so it operating smoothly in India.But now India RTI News question their existences so now no body will accept in future. When we asked why HRD ministry no taking action against CISCE then he said that the schools of CISCE are of Political influence people and we cannot disobey our political bosses. Their is also pressure from anglo indian Community to accept ICSE board (LokSabha Seats, 545 (543 elected + 2 Nominated from the Anglo-Indian Community by the President of India) because Anglo Indian Board is stake holder of CISCE.

Many schools prefer CISCE affiliation because they don't have to follow Govt. Regulation strictly .Their is much difference in operation of CISCE and CBSE . CBSE is more transparent then CISCE. Their is directory of officers and officers are afraid of RTI application, if they violate any law. But CISCE do not reply any email / complaint and also RTI application because they are not public body. They also have no RTI officer to reply public quires. No Public servant has access to their data so many parents are struggling for common information. Their telephone operators also do not allow to speak council members. Its like private limited company operating historical board.Due to the smooth operation and non liability schools prefer CISCE affiliation and in the brand value creation parents are getting bogus certificate which have no value in legal terms.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
