Jana Gana Mana School , Dombivali Operating Illegally Without Approval...........


Thane :  JMF Foundation School operating without NOC from District Education Office from last 6 year.The School JMF foundation at Dombivali west is operating a school Jana Gana Mana . This school is following CBSE Syllabus. Recently we have got a document from district education officer which claims that Jana Gana Mana School registration/ NOC is rejected in 2013. This school is in operation since last 6 years without registration and charging fees to students.
Many trust forming school and creating fund of Rs50-60 lacs per annum by running illegal school . After 5-7 years they create such huge amount and buy land as per guidelines of govt.  and get license . District education office allow them to create asset unofficially by taking bribe. In Thane District 187 schools (primary to upper primary) where disqualified by govt and only 1 was approved for year 2015-2016. All disqualified schools are in operational condition and making bank balance by illegal operation.Unaware parents never ask school the registration certificate because the atmosphere is like approved school and administration also not register FIR against such operation
Jana Gana Mana School failed to provide approval certificate to us but they claimed that they have license of operation.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
