Being Honest to nation may cost life.Famous RTI activist Of Bhiwandi Mr Vinay Mishra (63 Age) was attacked by goons of local shivsena corporater. As per the Vinay Mishra statement he filed so many RTI application at bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal corporation about funds related to cyclone relief and lake upgradation. As per reports Shivsena Corporater Kamlakar Patil was unhappy with the RTI applications of Vinay Mishra. Recently Bombay High Court PG cell sent a letter to Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal corporation to investigate Rs15cr cyclone relief fund scam . Keeping the negative intention in mind 5-6 associates of Shivsena corporater attacked RTI activist Vinay Mishra at fena pada at 6.30pm on 07 Dec 14 . They was abusing him for filing complaint and RTI application against “SAHEB”. Vinay Mishra got right hand fractured and several injuries. As per Vinay Mishra it was murder attempt but a coming vehicle light and horn saved his life. Goons ran away when they saw car coming from opposite direction. Later that car citizen dropped him at police chowky and police officer sent him at Indra Gandhi Memorial Govt. Hospital by auto. No police personal accompanied him. At the hospital doctor also not called police due to corporate fear to register FIR. Till 10th Dec 2014 no FIR is registered by Bhiwandi Thane police. DCP zone 2 is informed by few people by email to register FIR and meet the RTI activist Vinay Mishra at ESIS Hospital , Mulund. Mulund Police met Vinay Mishra and meet the RTI activist Vinay Mishra at ESIS Hospital , Mulund. Mulund Police met Vinay Mishra and taken his statement.
In past Vinay Mishra is attacked by power looms lobby who steal power from MSEB. That time also he faced such attacked but succeeded to bring Toranto power company replacing MSEB via PIL at Bombay High court. MSEB incurred Rs1000 cr loss in Bhiwandi power theft.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date.
