Indian Lower Courts Issues Search Warrant In 30 Seconds against Common Man, Mostly in Cyber Crime !


Indian lower court issuing search warrant against common man in just 30 seconds.  Many citizens in court observed that a police man comes in witness box and request that the accused is criminal mind  and his house may be full of evidence , judges verify all documents in 10 to 15 seconds and approve the search warrant. When it comes to elite class citizens then this process is of 3 to 4 hours. At Esplanade court where Kasab the Pakistani terrorist was trialed is witness of issuing search warrant.
If a rich man want to harass a common man then he will use police to exploit him. By registering false FIR police get power to investigate . Police then create a horror story to get search warrant. This search warrant is used to seize important items of common man. Later common man suffers when he loose his important items with police. Police send these items to forensic lab where a instruction is given of “least Urgent” . They take 2-3 years to test and later charge sheet is file. Afterwards  the process of court take 5-7 years and the common man get clean chit. Important thing is that the FIR registered applicant rich man will not appear in court. This battle is between police and common man. FIR person has freedom to not appear in court process.  So use this trick and harass your opponent because few corrupt police man and few irresponsible judges will help your objective. Common man will be suppressed in court procedure. This procedure is commonly observed in IT act 66A cases where police seize computers to harass when common man deny to pay them bribe.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
