Irregular Central Railway Officer Narendra Patil Bags National Railway Award Designed For Field Staff......!
Narendra Patil , Chief PRO of Central railway bags 59th Railway National Award . As per guidelines this award is meant for field staff but it is given to officer did not visit field regularly. Peoples are surprised that How a officer is selected who is sitting in office and dealing office work?
An activist said that Shri Narendra Patil not acted against TTE charging innocent passengers travelling in lugaguage compartment of local train reserved for tiffin unions as without tickets. Many passengers was charged without ticket and become soft target of TTE and RPF. When RTI reply received it come to know that it was not offence to travel in lugauage compartment reserved for tiffin union service. The tiffin union is providing oaid service to rich people.Due to them many poor passengers suffered and many corrupt made

Now railway awarded him as best employee of national level. He also unable to control illegal activity of unions ie. NRMU and CRMS of illegal wall panting, rent collectiin etc.
Many stalls at stations paying less rent and hiding actual sales from railway. They have to pay 12 percent of sales as licence fee to railway,but the hide 90% of sales and pay nominal rent. Narendra patil also never acted in this matter of public interest. It raises the credibilatilty of such award.

III. Nominations should be made in favour of Officers/Staff working in the fields unless an exception in the real sense is there in respect of officers/staff working in office.
IV. Group ’C’ and ‘D’ categories of Railway staff may normally be nominated. In exceptional cases, officer’s upto JA grade/Selection Grade, who have done exemplary
work, may also be nominated. However, officers above the Selection Grade should not be nominated as scheme does not cover officers above the level of Selection Grade.
