नामर्द बना देगा 4 घंटे से ज्यादा मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल!
वैज्ञानिकों का सुझाव है कि पुरुषों को अपने मोबाइल क्रेज को कम करना चाहिए और इसे 2 घंटे से अधिक समय तक अपने पास नहीं रखना चाहिए. हालांकि शोधकर्ता मानते हैं कि इस ओर कारणों को पुख्ता करने के लिए अभी और अधिक शोध करने की जरूरत है. इस रिपोर्ट को हाल ही सेंट्रल यूरोपियन जर्नल ऑफ यूरोलॉजी द्वारा जारी किया गया है.
कैसे हुई स्टडी
शोधकर्ता वैज्ञानिकों ने इसके लिए 20 ऐसे लोगों को चुना जो छह महीने से अधिक समय से सेक्स के दौरान उत्तेजना की कमी या ऐसे किसी समस्या को झेल रहे हैं. वैज्ञानिकों ने उन्हें ग्रुप 'ए' का नाम दिया. जबकि ग्रुप 'बी' में 10 ऐसे लोगों को रखा गया जो पूरी तरह स्वस्थ हैं.
तय योजना के तहत सभी 30 लोगों से उनके सेक्सुअल लाइफ के बारे में जानकारी मांगी गई. इसके साथ ही उनकी उत्तेजना की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मानकों के तहत जांच की गई. शोधकर्ता वैज्ञानिक कहते हैं, 'सही जानकारी मिले इसलिए स्टडी के लिए जिन 30 लोगों को चुना गया, उनमें सभी की उम्र, खान-पान के तरीके, लाइफस्टाइल लगभग समान थे. शोध के तहत सभी लोगों को हर दिन फोन पर बात करने के लिए भी कहा गया. लेकिन एक बड़ा अंतर लोगों के मोबाइल बिहेवियर में था.'
क्या रहे नतीजे
स्टडी में पाया गया कि वैसे लोग जो मोबाइल को दिन में 4 घंटे से अधिक समय तक पैंट की पॉकेट या हाथ में रखते हैं, उनमें सेक्स के दौरान उत्तेजना में कमी की समस्या अधिक है. रिपोर्ट के लेखक मोहम्मद अल-अलि कहते हैं, 'स्टडी में हमने पाया कि जो लोग अधिक समय तक फोन को स्वीच ऑन कर पैंट की पॉकेट या हाथ में रखते हैं उनमें उत्तेजना की कमी या ऐसी समस्याएं अधिक हैं.'
स्टडी के मुताबिक, ग्रुप 'ए' के लोगों को सेक्सुअल लाइफ रिपोर्ट में 11.2 अंक मिले जबकि ग्रुप 'बी' के सदस्यों को 24.2 मिले. शोध के दौरान ग्रुप 'ए' के लोगों ने सप्ताह में फोन पर 17.6 से अधिक समय तक बात किया, वहीं ग्रुप 'बी' के लोगों के लिए यह आंकड़ा 12.5 घंटों का रहा.
क्या और कैसे थे सवाल
सभी प्रतिभागियों से उनके मोबाइल फोन हैबिट को लेकर पांच सवाल पूछे गए. इसके अलावा उनके फोन पर बात करने के घंटों और फोन को अपने पास रखने के घंटों के बारे में भी जानकारी ली गई.
प्रतिभागियों से पूछा गया कि वे कितने समय तक फोन को अपने हाथ में रखते हैं, जबकि कितने समय तक फोन को पैंट की पॉकेट या अपने आस-पास रखते हैं.

Limit your WhatsApp or Facebook urge as men using cell phones for over four hours a day are at a greater risk of impotency than those who use it for less than two hours, an alarming research has indicated.Two new studies in Austria and Egypt have linked daily cell phone use to erectile dysfunction (ED).The researchers believe the damage could be caused by the electromagnetic radiation emitted by handsets or the heat they generate.For the study, the researchers recruited 20 men with erectile dysfunction and another group of 10 healthy men with no complaints of ED.There was no difference between either group regarding age, weight, height, smoking, total testosterone or exposure to other known sources of radiation.Scientists found that men who had erectile dysfunction carried switched-on cell phones for an average of 4.4 hours daily, whereas the men without erectile dysfunction averaged 1.8 hours."Men who use mobile phones could be risking their fertility," said the researchers in a report published in the latest newsletter of Environmental Health Trust (EHT).A non-profit organisation, EHT focuses on raising awareness on the negative impacts of unsafe cell phone use and performing cutting-edge research on cell phone radiation.However, neither study found sperm count was affected."Our study showed the total time of exposure to the cell phone is much more important than the relatively short duration of intense exposure during phone calls," the researchers noted.Since the preliminary study was small-scale, the researchers concluded that the results indicated a need for larger-scaled studies.
