SEBI Score Complaint Can Be Challenged at SAT Mumbai Under Section 15T Of SEBI act 1992

Mumbai:  SEBI Scores reply can be challenged as appeal under section 15T Of SEBI act at Securities Appellate Tribunal Mumbai. As per law the complainant become aggrieved party and he can file appeal before SAT. There is no need of SEBI board and Adjudication officer to approach SAT tribunal.
