FIR Of Fraud For Selling Old Machine as Newone By Blu Impex Delhi

 


Mumbai: The Mumbai based Consultant Manan Mahesh Sanghvi  has registered FIR for Fraud done by Blu Impex , Patel Nagar New Delhi. The Manan Mahesh Sanghavi has ordered Mask manufacturing machine on behalf of  Kiran Furia of  Medion Health care , Ambernath for Rs 32lac approx . The Allegation is that the Staff of Blu Impex Rahul Chandolia and Owner Krishna Mohan Janappa Reddy  has sold him old machine in new rate in July 2020. Later the machine got shut down due to error. Engineer Sandeep Prasad, Deepak Bhattacharya  and sushil Kumar sharma has also tried to repair machine.As per complainant the machine was having old parts and sold to them as new one. Complianant has tried hard to get repair but he failed . So complainant demanded return of money of Rs 32Lac approx from Blu Impex .  As per complainant he got cheated by Blu Impex Patel Nagar Delhi and registered FIR with IPC 420,406,409,339. The Owner has not changed machine and neither returned money as per complianant since Aug 2020.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
