LAW MINISTRY OFFICIALS DONT UNDERSTAND LAW AND HARASS CITIZENS.
ARE THEY ABOVE THE LAW?
Mumbai: RTI application was sent by online
platform to law ministry about the information from Supreme court registrar.
Inspite to transfer the application the application to supreme court in
physical form the PIO denied the information . As per law ie section 6(3) the
PIO has to transfer the application to other PIO (Online or physical) but PIO
and appellate authority Anju Rathi Rana , Joint Secretary , Department of legal
affairs denied such action. Such people not sincere to their duty are not fit
for public service and they are doing crime as per IPC 166A and 218 . They can
be jailed for 3 years for such action against law.
Ignorantia juris non excusat[ or ignorantia legis neminem excusat[(Latin for "ignorance of the law excuses not"[1] and "ignorance of law excuses no one"[2] respectively) is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely because one was unaware of its content.
Is there any thing wrong in it. Instead of wating time, the RTI should be filed in Supreme court as suggested.
