IBA REGISTERED COMPLAINT AGAINST JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI MISCONDUCT.....JUDGE COMPLAINT

Mumbai:The Indian Bar Association registered complaint against Justice Akil Kureshi for violation of various supreme court order. The IBA claims that the judge is having lack of basic knowledge of law.IBA demanding contempt of court action against Justice Kureshi. As per news the Justice Akil Kureshi of Bombay High Court will be soon elevated as MP High Court Chief Justice.Some times the division bench of Justice Akil Kureshi and Justice Shahrukh Kathawala saying that "Don't challenge the power of division bench" during court hours.

IMPORTANT POINTS IN COMPLAINTS

1. Direction for initiating disciplinary proceedings against Justice Akil Kureshi for bringing disrepute to the institution of Judiciary in conjunction with Adv. Yatin Oza in loathly deriding Hon‟ble Supreme Court Collegium members as impotent, in order to pressurize them to seek his elevation as Chief Justice of MP High Court.
2. Direction for action under Contempt of Courts Act as per law laid down in Re: C. S. Karnan (2017) 7 SCC 1 against Justice Akil Kureshi & Justice S.J.Kathawalla for their willful disregard and defiance of Hon‟ble Supreme Court rulings.
3. Action under section 218,219 166, 220 r/w 120(B) & 34 etc. of IPC against Justice Akil Kureshi.
4. Direction to Justice Akil Kureshi & Justice Shahrukh Kathawala to resign forthwith in view of law and guidelines of K. Veeraswami Vs. Union of India (UOI) 1991 (3) SCC 655.
5. Direction for forming a committee as per provisions of „In House Procedure‟ and as per law laid down by Full Bench in Union of India Vs. K. K. Dhawan (1993) 2 SCC 56 (Full Bench) to enquire serious charges against Justice Akil Kureshi & Justice S.J.Kathawala for their incompetence, lack of basic knowledge of law, passing casual orders, passing orders against the law laid down by Hon‟ble Supreme Court and by their own High Court.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
