Remarks	Reply :- It is informed that all the conditions of handling food during transportation and storage are given in item 18 and 19 of Part I of Schedule 4 and sub-item 5.3.1.1 and 5.5.1 of Part 2 of schedule 4 in Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and registration) Regulations,2011 (http://fssai.gov.in/home/fss-legislation/fss-regulations.html). However, there is no such specific regulation/definition about cool and dry place and temperature.
