Mumbai-Thane:Many Aarey dairy's are converted into pepsi/juice centres
Many Aarey milk centres at key locations are converted into cold drink . Juice. Snacks centre. They are breaching the terms and condition of aarey milk centres agreement. Municipal authorities of Mumbai and Thane are not taking any objections due to heavy bribe collection. Aarey officials are not insisting them to sell aarey products in day time. These locations are leased for nominal rent to boost govt dairy and serve milk to people.

CBSE is Taking Action Against Omkar International School Dombivli and Podar International School Kalyan

Thane: CBSE informed Honorable Bombay High Court in a PIL that it is taking action against Omkar International school (CBSE) MIDC Dombivali East in 8 weeks. The contention is that the Omkar School is operating two other board schools in CBSE premises. As per CBSE affiliation norms no other board school can operate in CBSE premises. As per petitioner the 2 schools from other board ie ICSE and CIE are illegal school and it will attract penalty Rs 10000 per day. The state has not conducted investigation till date. The Podar International school is using CBSE word without affiliation and also have same issue ie other board schools in same premises. As per CBSE website affiliation has not been renewed of Omkar School since expiry.
