Scam:Bombay High Court Awarding Code to Law Firm Illegally , No Order On Record-RTI

Mumbai:Bombay High Court (BHC)providing advocate code to law firms which are not registered at Bar councils. They did not ask bar council code while registering firm and provide them BHC code very easily. Due to this any advocate can appear in hearing and this violates vakalatnama (VP) norms of Advocate act.
Only one advocate can represent a client and after his resignation another advocate can file VP on behalf of client. Once firms or LLP Companies file VP then any advocate come and represent him in court. As companies registration is not started in bar council so RTI activist asked BHC that under which rule or order they are registering firm and providing code to file case.
They have no such order and replying that BHC has power to make rules under section 34 of advocate act. But they did not have copy of such rules created by BHC. BHC can not violate advocate act so they did not created such rule to benefit firms and LLP. But from back door they are providing code to law firms. These law firms are strong lobby of senior advocates which are having turn over on 200-500 cr approx.
If any senior advocate take code in personal name then other can not represent and if they take code in firm name then any advocate can represent any client of firm. BHC officials are supporting them illegally and nobody is taking objection because Software team is providing code illegally. Due to firm top advocates have employed hundreds of advocates in their firm but advocate act prohibit practicing advocate as employee of any firm .

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
