NO ENTRY FOR CITIZENS IN SEBI OFFICE MUMBAI

जनता के सेवक जनता को आँख दिखाते है और कॉर्पोरेट की चापलूसी करते है , कई घोटाले सामने आ रहे है ,साठगांठ का नतीजा !

Mumbai:No investor,complainant,citizens are allowed to enter in Securities and Exchange Boards Of India, Head office located at Bandra east Mumbai. Security guards at gate will restrict you and ask reason to enter, if you manage to pass security check up then reception will ask for appointment details. If you have no appointments then they will not allow you to enter in premises . If you want to meet any officer including Public Information Officer then also they will not allow. When reception call to concern department then their clerk deny gate pass and security guard will not allow common man. This is the experience of news reporter who is aware of law . As per law citizens can not be barred to enter any public authority in office hours. Preferred time to meet officers is 3-5 PM. But at 4 pm also they denied entry. SEBI chairman assistant said that it not govt office, it is regulator. Every body know SEBI is under Ministry of Finance but the chairman office behaving like private company. This huge luxury complex is built from tax payers, investor money, not from SEBI employees salary contributions. Doing irregularities and sit inside building with huge restriction will not serve national interest. There are millions of investor invest in schemes by keeping faith on SEBI name. But SEBI chairman order to restrict entry of investor in building is illegal. In RTI reply PIO also gave misleading reply. PIO have no order copy of restriction.Reporter has observed that Corporate employees of Fund Houses are getting smooth entry without any restriction but common man entry is denied. He suspected that their some thing wrong going in private and to hide this chairman ordered entry of common man.
