TTE - RPF Harassing Without Any Order To Tiffin Coach Passenger Of Luggage Coach

See how railway staff fools passengers and penalize them for entering in wrong coach. The above picture is showing that this luggage compartment is booked for dabbawala or tiffin carrier  (Nutan Tiffin Services) from 10 am to 12.30 pm and 14hrs to 16.30 hrs . Common vendors and passengers don't see this board and enter in this coach in that time. Now this is becoming opportunity for TTE and RPF to blackmail the passengers. They take all these passenger in RPF thana and blackmail them from Rs500 to 1000 . If some body fail to pay then they took them to court to discharge the duty honestly. 30% of caught passengers are produced at court and court fine them under section 155of railway act Rs 300. In meanwhile TTE also try to fulfill their goal sheet by charging them as without ticket . 
WHAT THE REAL FACT-RTI  
As per order issued by CCM Commercial (see below )on 18 /6/2007 that it is not justify to reserve full compartment for tiffin carriers, so tiffin carriers can also travel in luggage coach with PVT vendors for 1 hr in both directions. Ignoring that basic order the railway painted that this luggage coach is reserved for tiffin carriers. In last 5 years 25000 passengers has been booked every year for violation of section 155 of railway act (on record By RTI). Many more may be blackmailed by RPF or TTE.
One RPF inspector Manoj Shrivastava is caught red handed by a reporter for blackmailing luggage compartment passengers. Earlier he was posted at Dadar - Mumbai.He was asking Rs 500-1000 to pay fine in RPF thane Dombivali. RPF has no power to fine any person in cash. Now his superiors(RPF) senior DSC Sachin Bhalode is keeping complaint pending to save Manoj Srivastava from punishment. Everybody know that bribe is going from down to upper post.

RTE & School Quota Of Kalyan Dombivli KDMC Region Thane

 Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Region School Quota and RTE 25% quota details received from RTI reply from KDMC Education department. Almost in all the schools free education seats for income below Rs1lac is vacant .The vacant seats are illegally filled by private school in open category by private schools by taking donations. KDMC education didnot taken any action. Total approved strength of class is 4 times of RTE quota. If RTE 25% quota is 25 then approved students limit is 100 students. Means 75 students from general and 25 from RTE 25% quota. In all the schools students are more than from approved strength and RTE 25% seats are vacant. It means RTE seats are filled by general students. As per RTE Act 2009 poor quota seats ie RTE25% cannot be filled by general quota in any condition and at any class.
